2. Card Issuance and Delivery

• Issuance Fee: $20, which includes card issuance, delivery, and customer support.
• Delivery Time: Minimum of 2 working days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
• Delivery Locations: Major cities in Iran, with hotel delivery available in other cities upon prior reservation.

3. Usage and Fees

• Purchases: No fees for purchases at merchants.
• ATM Withdrawals: No fees for withdrawals at Pasargad Bank ATMs.
• Online Top-Up: 0.2% service fee.
• Cash Top-Up: No fee.

4. Deposit and Exchange Rates

• Accepted Currencies: EUR, USD.
• Minimum Deposit: €10 or $10.
• Exchange Rate: Competitively calculated every 24 hours.

5. Usage Limitations

• Minimum Usage: 100,000 Rials (10,000 Tomans).
• Maximum Usage: 500,000,000 Rials (about 900$) every 24 hours.
• ATM Withdrawal Limit: 2,000,000 Rials (200,000 Tomans) every 24 hours.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds: Available for the remaining balance upon request.
• Refund Fee: 4% service fee for online refunds.
• Refund Currency: Same as the original deposit currency.
